孕妇小体操

有人说,减肥是女生的终身“事业”,我觉得一点都不为过。不对吗? 不论从七岁小孩到七十岁老太太,都可以听到她们说自己很胖!就连我那排骨仙妹妹也常投诉说她的肚腩很大,真是的!

老实说,我中/小学时体重曾经达到“辉煌”记录,由於现在怀孕了,学了几年的瑜珈也被迫暂停,少了运动,吃的份量又增加了,所以我蛮担心自己的体重会飙高回以往“辉煌”的记录,哈哈!

没办法啦,既然高难度的瑜珈asanas不能继续,我平日只好做些简单的小运动和适当的瑜珈小体操。还好工作的办公室是座3楼店屋,员工必须要走楼梯上下不同的部门,这是另一个我可以做运动的办法。和以往一样,在晚饭后我依然会保持在客厅站立大约半至一小时的习惯,这一招是向舒琪学习的,我觉得尤其对防止大肚腩和大屁股蛮有效,站立时可以看电视节目,一点也不辛苦,没有怀孕的姐妹们不妨试试看吧!

很多朋友告诉我,怀孕后做些适当的小运动如步行不止对妈妈身体好,而且生产时也不会那么辛苦,希望如此吧!
